Limited warranty offerings for Mentor breast implants vary depending on whether you choose saline filled or silicone gel filled MemoryGel breast implants.
Mentor Standard Advantage and Enhanced Advantage limited warranty options are available for saline implants, while the Mentor Premier Advantage limited warranty is available for Memory Gel implants.
Standard Advantage Warranty
Mentor Standard Advantage limited warranty coverage is free with the purchase of saline Mentor breast implants and includes:
- Lifetime product replacement* & coverage terms that cannot be cancelled
- Up to $1,200 financial assistance for implant replacement charges not covered by insurance including anesthesia and operating room fees
- Free contralateral (opposite side) implant replacement per surgeon request
Enhanced Advantage Warranty
Mentor Enhanced Advantage extended limited warranty coverage may be purchased for a one-time enrollment fee of $100 within 45 days of breast augmentation surgery and includes:
- Lifetime product replacement* & coverage terms that cannot be cancelled
- Up to $2,400 financial assistance for implant replacement charges not covered by insurance including anesthesia and operating room fees
- Free contralateral (opposite side) implant replacement per surgeon request
Premier Advantage Warranty
Mentor Premier Advantage limited warranty coverage is free with the purchase of Memory Gel Mentor breast implants (on or after May 1, 2009) and includes:
- Lifetime product replacement* & coverage terms that cannot be cancelled
- Up to $3,500 financial assistance for implant replacement charges not covered by insurance including anesthesia and operating room fees
- Free contralateral (opposite side) implant replacement per surgeon request
